Tasks of the Information and Communication Technology Unit
1.Providing technical support and maintenance services to all faculty members.
2.Supervising the computer labs and equipping them with the necessary software.
3.Supervision and maintenance of television broadcasting halls.
4.Establishing internet services and e-mail for beneficiaries in cooperation with the Technical Deanship of the university.
5.Arranging the distribution of network phones to users.
6.Activate the employee's self-service portal and the administrative communication system for the beneficiaries.
7.Follow-up the tasks of the information technology and the computer management in sharoura branch of the University.
8.Determining the needs of the college of technical devices, and report that to the Dean of the College for addressing the Deanship of Information and Communication Technology to provide them.
